- Create a strong internal foundation for sovereign adulthood.
The Investment: $4,500 for 6 Months of Guided Support
- 4 weekly sessions per month (with customized tools, recordings, and practices to use between sessions).
- Text or email check-ins as needed.
- Personalized life skills and nervous system work.
- Optional parent support check-ins (to keep the bridge strong without overstepping)
